1905 - 1969

1904-05 During the revival 25 new members were confirmed.

1906 At the beginning of the year a new Memorial Tablet was placed behind the pulpit to express the respect and admiration of the Chapel for the powerful and exceptional Ministry of John Taihirion Davies. The Memorial cost was £30. On July 19 a student from Bangor College, Mr E. B. Powell, Glanaman, was ordained as minister. Membership 100.

1907 January. A Sunday School was started in the English Baptist Hall in Church Village.

1909 Parch E.B. Powell moved to Maesycwmer. On 24 September Meetings to Ordain Mr T. E. Jones, Treorci, a student from Carmarthen College.

1910 February 16. Gwynfa, Church Village wast built and opened at a cost of £600 as an additional vestry for members from Llanilltud Faerdref and Church Village.

1911 25 new members were confirmed and most of these were members of the Sunday School.

1914 Started to hold evening services at Gwynfa.

1916 The Parch T. E. Jones left for Moylgrove, Pembrokeshire. During his ministry (1909-16) there was an increase from 105 to 133 members. Electric light was installed in the chapel at a cost of £23-13s-0d.

1920 Parch John Howell, Fonciau Rhos, was ordained as minister.

1921 Parch John Howell left for Moreia, Rhymni. 27 new members were received in the 14 months.

1922 A new heating system was installed in the chapel, the chapel was painted and a room for the minister and deacons was built for £400.00

1925 July 24. Meetings to ordain a student tfrom Carmarthen College, Mr. D. Stanley Jones from Ffynnongroyw, Sir Fflint. The cemetery was extended by purchasing half an acre of land for £133.00

1926 The largest number of members in the history of the Chapel -  176 members.

1941 Centeneray of the cause. There were celebration services on September 6 - 8. Membership was 118.

1945 It was decided to close Gwynfa Sunday School. Membership 114.

1951 The roof of the chapel was renewed for £81.00. Membrship 119.

1953 Parch D. Stanley Jones left for Gowerton.

1958 Membership was 78.

1963 Decided to sell Gwynfa.

1967 The chapel was painted.
